Delivery - Pick Up - Set Up

DELIVERY & PICK UP

Regular  Deliveries and PICK UPs  are  9:00 am - 5:00 pm, before or after we charge extra fees.

 

SAME DAY PICK UP

  • Please add $150 to your order if you need same day pick  up  (from 5:01 pm to 8:59 am)

 $150 Pick up after/before normal hours. Normal  hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday

 

 

Delivery Charge

A normal/standard delivery charge is based on the amount of the rent and 30 miles from our address.

Ours delivery charges are for a Standard delivery/pickup only to tailgate drop off or the first area of the house/Hall/Hotel or business (Door to Door I Truck to Door).

If delivery/pickup is to be made to a specific floor or area, an additional labor charge may be incurred. Please check our "Special Delivery" charges and our Setup charqes.

  

CLIENTS   NEED TO HAVE THE AREA READY/CLEAN TO PLACE THE FURNITURE, OUR STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE ANYTHING. IF YOUR AREA IS NOT READY, WE WILL LEAVE THE FURNITURE AT THE ENTRY OF YOUR PLACE (House, Church, Venue, etc).

  If now of the delivery the client requests more furniture, we will charge another "delivery charge" according to the new order.

Delivery for Rents from $ 1     to $ 1000 = Delivery$ 99

 

Delivery for Rents from $1001 to $2000=Delivery $149

 

Delivery for Rents from $2001 to $3000 = Delivery $199

 

Delivery for Rents from $3001 to $4000 = Delivery $249

 

Delivery for Rents from $4001 to $5000 =Delivery $299

 

Delivery for Rents from $5001 and up   = Delivery $499

 

More than 30 miles from our address please add $60 to the normal delivery charge.

More than 50 miles from our address please add $99 more to the normal delivery charge

More than 60 miles from our address please add $120 more to the normal delivery charge

More than 70 miles from our address please add $150 more to the normal delivery charge.

More than 80 miles from our address please add $170 more to the normal delivery charge

More than 90 miles from our address please add $199 more to the normal delivery charge

More than 100 miles from our address (833 w Torrance Blvd. Torrance CA 90502) please call our Lounge Team.

 

 

Special Delivery

   

$150 Delivery after/before normal hours. Normal hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday.

$50 Delivery in a place with stairs. Extra $50 Elevator, difficult access or a long/excessive walk.

 

PICK UP SAME DAY: Please add $150 to your order

 

 

If Client is not at home when the truck deliver /! Pickup...

 

If you know, you will not be home, please call 24 hours before your delivery with instructions as to where the furniture is to be left. If you are not home and we have no instructions, it will cause a delay and an Extra Delivery Charge to you for rescheduling a truck. Please check our "Delivery Charge"

 

PICK UP ORDERS: We charge a Refundable Damage Deposit of $450, we will need copy of your ID, and car plate. We will refund the Damage Deposit only when client return our equipment in the next 24 hrs  and in good conditions, same conditions that Lounge Party Rentals give to client, no damages.

 

SetUp & TearDown

 

Set up and tear down service is available at an additional cost. Arrangement must be made in advance.

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from$ 501 - $ 750= $ 70

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from$ 751- $1000= $ 80

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1001- $1250= $ 85

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1251- $1500= $ 90

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1501- $1750= $ 95

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $1751- $2000= $100

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $2001- $2250= $110

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $2251- $2500= $120

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $2501- $2750= $130

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $2751- $3000= $140

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $3001- $3250 = $160

Set Up & Tear Down on Rents from $3251 - $3500= $170

If the Set UP and Tear Down is in different rooms please add $100 per room (Not for houses)
